PROJECTS
I deal directly with many of my clients, as we as being instructed by architects, or working under main contractors.
This beautiful building had been neglected for years. Luckily its new owners had the resolve to give the building a new lease of life.
Work included repointing the flint façade, rebuilding many failed walls, internal York stone floors and a new drainage system,

This outbuilding was no longer structurally sound with many of its rafters failing and it walls leaning. We dismantled the building, saving any reusable material, and rebuilt the new design to modern building regulations.
Working for Simpson Brickwork Conservation, four sets of chimneys were dismantled, recorded and rebuilt using cut and rubbed bricks. This specialist brickwork is complex and a rare project.
